Coffee Bean – 4th of July

This isn’t a Coffee Bean coupon, but it is a great cause that I hope those of you within driving distance of a Coffee Bean take advantage of.

This Fourth of July, Coffee Bean is donating a portion of their income to a good cause.

I believe this is even a discount.

The deal:

Buy any 12 oz. Ice Blended drink for $2 and Coffee Bean will donate $1 to Operation Homefront.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Cooking.com!

I have found that most people who have been able to taste both Starbucks and Coffee Bean coffee, wind up deciding that they love The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in comparison.

Coffee Bean is predominantly on the west coast of the United States.  I have known many people who have visited from out east that tried Coffee Bean and are now upset that they cannot get it back home.

I never thought before that you could just brew their coffee at home until a visitor emailed me the other day about it.  I do see Coffee Bean coffee grounds in the store all of the time around here, so why not get it online.

One of the cheapest deals I could find was from Cooking.com.  You can get most bags of coffee grounds from them for about $12.95 and right now they all come with a free bonus travel mug.
It is also available on Amazon for varying prices of $7.99-$15.99.

One other option that I’m looking into when I have a few extra dollars is the CBTL Pod Machine.  The CBTL Single Cup Brewer is a lot like the populer Keurig machines.  They use pods to create a delicious cup of coffee in just a few seconds.

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf – Free Coffee

I keep seeing this one sign in Coffee Bean that I never take advantage of.

Free coffee offer at Coffee Bean

Basically if you buy a $25 gift card at Coffee Bean, you wil get a free beverage from them.

The way I see it, if you are a regular Coffee Bean drinker, you should probably get a $25 card to use whenever you go to this shop.

With that $25 you’ll get a free coffee, iced coffee, ice tea, ice blended drink, etc.

You will spend the $25 eventually, and when you do, just buy a new $25 card and get your free coffee.

This can work for people who are also trying to budget their money. If you want to max your coffee drinking out to $25 or $50 a month, you can buy a gift card and stick to just using that each month.  You’ll get the added bonus of a free coffee.

Coffee Bean Coupon Code – 2012, March

Ok, this isn’t exactly a coupon for Coffee Bean to use in stores, but it will save you money to get you Coffee Bean coffee at home.  No need to print any coupons out since this is a coupon code that you can use on the website.

Today I got an email offering a Coffee Bean coupon code that gets you 25% off of almost anything from the Coffee Bean website or the CBTL website.

You can save on various products from the CBTL machine (Keurig alternative), beverage capsules (k-cup alternatives), and other gifts and accessories that are great for any coffee lover. I just used my 25% off on a case of the Italian roast beverage capsules.  I cannot wait for that to arrive.

Keurig AlternativeFans of Keurig machines might like this coupon.  CBTL has a Keurig machine alternative that brews single cups of Coffee Bean brand coffee.

I like this because Coffee Bean is by far my favorite coffee place, and it would be nice to get their coffee made in my kitchen nice and easily.

Coupon code is: LUCKY.  The Coffee Bean Coupon Code expires at midnight on March 31.

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf – Free Coffee

Coffee Bean Website Coupon Code

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is by far my favorite place to buy coffee.  I prefer it over the Starbucks brand of coffee and I hear this same thing from a lot of people

Coffee Bean is just unfortunately not located in nearly as many places as Starbucks.  There are currently about 830 Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf locations among 23 different countries.  This number is dwarfed by the 19,000 + amount of locations that Starbucks has worldwide.

Coffee Bean is predominantly found in Southern California where the company originated, but they have opened up branches though out the United States.  You can find other Coffee Bean locations in San Francisco, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Honolulu, Texas, Alabama, Miami, Detroit, New York City, and Washington, D.C.

One of Coffee Bean’s signature drinks is the Original Ice Blended Drink that they created in 1989.  More than 7 million Original Ice Blended drinks are sold every year.  There is a wide variety of flavors, and you can find even more in select regions.  Here is a sampling of some of the Ice Blended flavors available at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf locations:

Coffee Flavors:

  • Mocha
  • Vanilla
  • Caramel
  • Black Forrest
  • Ultimate Mocha
  • White Chocolate
  • Hazelnut

Non-Coffee Flavors

  • Pomegranate Blueberry
  • Banana Caramel
  • Pure Chocolate
  • Pure Vanilla
  • Malibu Dream
  • Green Tea
  • Chai Mate

There are also fruit tea and iced espresso ice blended flavors available as well.

As for Coffee Bean coupons, these can be fairly hard to find.  Their prices are already lower than Starbucks, so they already compete on a price level.

I have come across some coupons in the Sunday circulars, but that was before this site, so I haven’t had a chance to put any up.  I will be on the hunt for coupons for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf though!  My searches also keep coming up empty for printable coffee bean coupons, but I’ll continue the search.  If any of you find any please don’t hesitate to email me or post them in the comments section.
